Common questions
Do I need my child's permission to post their biodata?
Yes. You should only post a biodata for a child who knows and consents. If we're notified that a biodata was posted without consent, it will be removed immediately.
Will other families see my child's photos?
Only families whose chat requests you accept can see the photos and kundli you've uploaded. Nothing is public, nothing is indexed by search engines.
Is this connected to the GujuLoveGuru singles app?
No. Parent Rishta is a separate parent-only space. Your account is not linked to any child's dating profile, and singles cannot see your biodata.
What if a family is disrespectful?
You can decline any request silently, or block and report a family. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and can result in removal from the platform.
Can I edit or take down the biodata later?
Yes. You can update details, hide the biodata from browsing, or delete it entirely at any time. Any active conversations you've started will remain private.
Do you match kundlis automatically?
Not right now. You can share and view kundli PDFs, but astrological matching is done by your family or a jyotish of your choice.
