GujuLoveGuru exists for Gujarati singles who want a real, lasting relationship. These guidelines keep the community kind, safe, and honest. They are part of our Terms of Service — breaking them can mean a warning, a removed profile, or a permanent ban.

Be your real self

Use your real first name, recent photos that clearly show your face, and honest details. No catfishing, no group shots as your main photo, no heavily filtered or AI-generated images, no photos of celebrities or people who aren't you.

Be kind and respectful

No harassment, slurs, threats, or hateful comments about caste, religion, body, background, sexuality, or anything else. Disagree respectfully — or just unmatch and move on.

Adults only

GujuLoveGuru is strictly for people 18 and older. Any content involving minors results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the appropriate authorities.

Keep it safe for work

Public photos and prompts must be safe for everyone to see. No nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence — in photos, prompts, or private chats. Underwear and swimwear is fine; explicit content is not.

No scams or solicitation

Never ask members for money, gifts, cryptocurrency, investment opportunities, or financial information. No promoting other apps, websites, services, or businesses. No multi-level marketing. No escorts or transactional relationships.

One real person, one account

Do not create duplicate accounts, impersonate anyone, or let someone else use your account. Do not use bots, scrapers, or automation.

Respect privacy

Do not share screenshots, photos, contact details, or personal information about other members without their consent. What happens in a chat stays in that chat.

Meet with intention

GujuLoveGuru is for people seeking serious, long-term relationships. Be upfront about what you're looking for. Casual hookups, sugar arrangements, and one-night stands belong on a different app.

Report problems

If something feels wrong, use Report. You can also Block anyone at any time. Reporting is confidential — the other person is never told who reported them.

Staying safe

Take your time getting to know someone — verification confirms identity, not character.
Video chat before meeting in person.
Meet in a public place. Tell a friend or family member where you'll be.
Never send money, gift cards, crypto, or financial information to someone you met here. Romance scams often start with sob stories or "investment opportunities."
Trust your gut. If something feels off, end the conversation and use Report.
If you're in immediate danger, call 911 (U.S.) or your local emergency number.

How to report

Tap the menu on any profile or chat and choose Report. Pick the reason that fits best and add any context. You can also Block anyone at any time — they will not see you and you will not see them. For urgent safety concerns or off-platform incidents, email safety@gujuloveguru.com. Our team reviews every report; serious violations are acted on within 24 hours.

What happens after a report

Depending on the severity, we may warn the member, remove specific content, restrict features, suspend the account, or permanently ban the user. Some violations (threats, child safety, fraud) result in an immediate ban. Reporters remain anonymous to the reported person.
