Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses GujuLoveGuru. It is part of our Terms of Service and works alongside our Community Guidelines. Breaking this policy can result in a warning, content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban, and may be reported to law enforcement when required.
1. Age requirement
GujuLoveGuru is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any part of the Service. We verify the age of every member through government-issued ID and a live selfie. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are removed immediately, and suspected child exploitation is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where required, to law enforcement.
2. You must
- Be at least 18 years old and use your real identity.
- Use only one active account.
- Upload photos that clearly show you and were taken with your consent.
- Treat every member with respect.
- Follow all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws.
3. Illegal activity
You may not use the Service to plan, promote, facilitate, or commit any act that is illegal under U.S. federal law or the law of any state where you or the other member is located. This includes, without limitation, fraud, identity theft, money laundering, trafficking in controlled substances or regulated goods, terrorism, and any offense against another person.
4. Prohibited content and behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on GujuLoveGuru. Violations lead to immediate removal, a permanent ban, and reporting to law enforcement or NCMEC when required by law.
Child sexual exploitation and abuse (zero tolerance)
- Any content that depicts, describes, promotes, glorifies, or sexualizes a minor (anyone under 18), including real, animated, drawn, AI-generated, or computer-generated imagery.
- Grooming, luring, or attempting to contact a minor for any purpose.
- Sharing, requesting, linking to, or trading child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
We report all suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A, preserve related records, and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
Sexually explicit content and nudity
- Nudity, sexually explicit photos or videos, or content depicting sexual acts in profiles, messages, or any other part of the Service.
- Sexually suggestive prompts, bios, usernames, or requests for sexual content.
- Solicitation of prostitution, escort services, sugar arrangements, or any commercial sexual activity.
Sexual violence and non-consensual content
- Content that depicts, describes, glorifies, or threatens rape, sexual assault, or any form of sexual violence.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), upskirt or downblouse imagery, hidden-camera content, or any intimate image shared without the depicted person's clear, informed consent.
- Deepfake or AI-generated intimate imagery of any real person created or shared without that person's explicit consent.
- Sextortion, blackmail using intimate content, or threats to expose private material.
Human trafficking and sex trafficking
- Any activity that recruits, harbors, transports, provides, obtains, or advertises a person for labor, services, or a commercial sex act induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or where the person is under 18.
- Content that facilitates or promotes human smuggling, forced marriage, or the exploitation of vulnerable people.
Suspected trafficking is reported to the National Human Trafficking Hotline and to law enforcement.
Scams, fraud, and deception
- Romance scams, catfishing, or building a false relationship to obtain money, gifts, or personal information.
- Requests for money, wire transfers, gift cards, cryptocurrency, investment opportunities, "business" partnerships, or bank details from other members.
- Phishing, credential theft, malware, links to fraudulent sites, or any attempt to steal accounts or personal data.
- Fake profiles, impersonation, stolen photos, or misrepresenting your age, gender, marital status, or intentions.
- Advance-fee, inheritance, cryptocurrency, or "pig butchering" schemes of any kind.
Violence, hate, and harmful behavior
- Threats of violence, incitement, or promotion of terrorism or violent extremism.
- Hate speech, slurs, or attacks based on caste, religion, race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or immigration status.
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or intimidation of any person on or off the platform.
- Promotion or glorification of self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Sale, promotion, or facilitation of firearms, illegal drugs, prescription drugs, or other regulated goods.
- Sharing another person's private information (address, phone number, ID, financial data) without their permission.
Platform integrity
- Spam, chain messages, unsolicited advertising, or links to unrelated commercial sites.
- Malware, viruses, or code intended to harm the Service or other members.
- Scraping, crawling, bots, scripts, or automated access.
- Bypassing security, rate limits, paywalls, bans, or verification.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying any part of the Service.
- Using the Service to build a competing product or to train machine-learning models.
- Any activity that overloads or disrupts our infrastructure.
5. Content you post
You are responsible for anything you post, send, or upload. We may remove content that violates this AUP, our Terms, or the law, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, and we may preserve related records for law enforcement.
6. Reporting a violation
If you see something that breaks this policy, use the "Report" button on the profile or message, or email contactgujuloveguru@gmail.com. Include screenshots and enough detail for us to investigate. For emergencies involving imminent harm, contact 911 first. To report suspected child exploitation directly, contact the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. To report suspected human trafficking, contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 or text "HELP" to 233733.
7. Enforcement
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any account we believe has violated this AUP. Serious or repeated violations, and any violation involving minors, sexual violence, trafficking, or fraud, lead to immediate permanent bans without refund and to reports to the appropriate authorities. We may preserve and share information with law enforcement as described in our Law Enforcement Guidelines.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
